Glossa Flashcards is operated by Chiunhau You, an individual based in Finland. By using the plugin, browser extension, or website, you agree to these terms.

Glossa is an Obsidian plugin that generates vocabulary flashcards using AI. The free tier requires your own Google Gemini API key. The Pro tier proxies requests through our backend — no API key needed — subject to a weekly usage quota.

• Pro is billed annually via LemonSqueezy.
• The weekly quota resets on a rolling 7-day window.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the service did not work as described. Email us to request one.

You may use Glossa for personal and commercial language learning purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or share your license key with others.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uptime. We may change or discontinue features at any time. If we discontinue Pro, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and offer a prorated refund.

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss of data, missed study sessions, or other indirect damages arising from use of Glossa.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.
